Cobra Craftsman Shop Session # 3

Wow! We are finally finished.  We completed all our projects and the boys not only learned a lot about working together in shop environment, but they also had a lot of fun!

 

Cobra Craftsman Shop Session # 2

Our second shop Session was held on January 14, 2012.  So far, so good.  Everyone left with ten fingers and no bandages. One session to go.  The Den's Projects will be on isplay at the January Pack Meeting.
 

 

Cobra Craftsman Shop Session # 1

Our first shop Session was held on January 9, 2012.  The boys really got into their projects and had a great time.  We will have two more sessions to complete the Craftsman Activity Pin.



Cobra Graduation Campout

The Cobra Den learns to function as a team at the pack Family Campout in November at Camp. This is all part of learning to function in a Boy Scout Patrol, which they need to by able to do by March 2012.  I a very pleased with these boys and the way they learned to work together as a team during this campout.  They did all the work, with just minimal guidance from the adults.  They also worked on a service project for Lee Farm, clearing brush out of the drainage spillway. There was still time to have fun and go fishing! Go Cobras!

 

Den 2 Cobras Attend Webelos Camp

Members of Den 2, the Cobras, attended the 4 day Webelos Camp at Camp Comer in July. For two of the boys, this is the second summer they have attended. All had a great time and would recommend the event for all first and second year Webelos.
